Johnny Tsunami
The movie starts when Johnny Kapahala (Brandon Baker) is residing in Hawaii. Johnny has buddys, a great family, plus a grandpa who is any surf legend. But then, his dad gets work transfer and makes his / her wife and Johnny proceed to Vermont.
In Johnny's brand new town, there are 2 schools: one is a non-public school where the students are all skiers, and the other will be the public school where all the students are snowboarders. Although Johnny travels to the skiers' school, he'd prefer to snowboard because he thinks it can be more like surfing. Although he has trouble at first, Johnny eventually learns how you can snowboard with some assist from Sam Sterling (Lee Thompson Young).
Even though at his new institution, Johnny meets a woman named Emily (Kirsten Storms), with whom he becomes buddys. However, a skier named Brett likes Emily likewise. During one incident within the mountain, the Urchins (the students in the public school) decide to ride the medial side of the mountain that belongs to the skiers and are faced with the Skies (the personal school students).
A speedy fight ensues between Johnny and Brett, but is immediately dispersed every time a snow ranger arrives. When Johnny arrives home from meeting with his parents and the principal concerning the fight with Brett, Sam tells Johnny which he is moving to Iceland, as are his father's orders since he or she is a sergeant major within the U. S. Marine Corps. Intent on doing something to counteract the move, Johnny and Sam fly to Hawaii over a cargo plane to keep with Johnny's grandfather.
Johnny and Sam have an enjoyable experience in Hawaii surfing and enjoying the the sunshine, but they decide another to Vermont along having Johnny's grandfather, the well-known Johnny Tsunami. Johnny, to help his amazement, finds out that his / her grandfather has great snowboarding ability and they also decide to ride the skiers' side in the mountain, where the ideal rides are.
Brett and his company meet Johnny and his / her grandfather and they decide to experience a one-race challenge between Brett as well as Johnny. If Johnny benefits the race, then the skiers need to share the mountain using the snowboarders. If Brett benefits, then he is honored the Tsunami Medal, a prize inclined to the best surfer within Hawaii. Johnny goes onto defeat Brett, allowing him and Emily to start with a relationship.
The two brothers who own the contrary sides of the pile finally reveal their story. Their parents couldn't agree on what should happen when they inherited the mountain, which appeared being split between the 2 families. Johnny wins the race though Brett played some dirty tricks through the race. Johnny's parents decides to throw a celebration party, the brothers finally re-unite and the ending scene shows Johnny and Emily dancing together.
